What are your check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 12:00 PM. Please check in with our staff upon arrival and return your key when you leave. Lost keys will incur a Php 1,500 fee.
Is breakfast included? What about other meals?
Yes! A complimentary breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Main House dining area. Breakfast must be pre-ordered at least one (1) day in advance, please refer to the menu below.
Meals outside of this time are available for an additional charge. Guests who pre-order meals upon booking receive a 10% discount!
How do I pay for meals or extras?
We are a cashless property. Payments can be made via credit card, GCash, or BPI bank transfer—just ask our staff for details.
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
You’re welcome to bring your own food and drinks, but we recommend keeping them in sealed containers to avoid attracting insects or pests.
What amenities are provided in the rooms?
We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothpaste, and toothbrushes for your stay. Supplies are set to last for your full stay and will be replenished if you extend. Additional items are available for purchase.
Is drinking water provided?
Yes. Jugs of clean drinking water are provided in each room and can be refilled upon request. This water is safe for drinking and brushing your teeth. Tap water in the bathroom is for washing and showering only.
Do you serve coffee or tea?
Yes! Complimentary coffee and tea are available in the dining area anytime of day.
Is there access to the beach?
Yes, the beach is accessible to all guests. Ask our staff for directions or check the resort map. Please swim with caution—be aware of weather conditions, rip currents, and marine life, as Port Kalaya is not liable for injury or harm.
Do you offer a shuttle service?
Yes, we offer both complimentary and paid shuttle services:
Free airport transfers to and from El Nido (LIO) Airport for all guests (advance flight details required).
Php 200 per person (one-way) to Nacpan and Duli Beaches from Port Kalaya
Php 350 per person (one-way) to El Nido Town Proper and vice versa
All shuttle trips require at least one day of advance booking, as schedules may vary.
What are the quiet hours and house rules?
To ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay, we ask that noise and music be kept low after 9:00 PM. Port Kalaya is located in a natural setting—please dispose of trash properly and show respect for local wildlife.
Is smoking or use of substances allowed?
Smoking, illegal substances, and open flames (including candles or incense) are strictly prohibited. Hazardous items such as fireworks or flammable materials are also not allowed on the property.
How is security handled?
Always lock your room when unattended. The resort is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Any unregistered guests must leave by 9:00 PM or will be charged Php 2,000 per person/night.
What if I accidentally damage something?
Guests will be charged for any significant damage to furniture, appliances, bedding, or other property during their stay.

Yes, basic first aid kits are available upon request. For medical needs beyond first aid, nearby clinics include:
